QUALITY ASSURANCE & INSPECTION
Our quality control team perform quality assurance from fabric, cutting, through stitching all the way to final packing. Our Technical & QA team are on-hand to monitor fits, workmanship, specs to ensure the highest quality goods are produced with strict QC checks, in addition to our factory’s own QC procedures, quality control is our top priority. Transparency of procedure is one of our core principles and we welcome the opportunity to review and develop our QC procedures to suit the needs of any of our customers.
QUALITY INSPECTION ON INCOMING RAW MATERIALS
Raw materials are procuring based on 3 months requirement. Batch
number will mark on every raw material for back tracking.
Physical test will be performing on every batch of Raw materials
Random chemicals tests are carried out in quarterly basis to ensure the contamination of the restricted substance, especially on formaldehydes, 0rganotin, Keavy metals, phthalates and APE0’s.
Chemical tests as er buyer requirement will be conducting on yearly basis in prior to renewal our Oeko-Tex & FSC certificate.
